MAY 9. SUNDAY: Mother’s Day Breakfast (9 am - 2 pm) and Evening Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)
Enjoy a fixed menu that includes three special breakfast selections and a sidebar of sweets.
In the evening celebrate Mom with five courses of fine dining.

MAY 16. SUNDAY: Footloose Ribs & Shrimp Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)
Back by popular demand, our ribs and shrimp dinner continues.

MAY 28. FRIDAY: Evening - Chilean / Argentinean Food and Wine Tour (starts at 6 pm)
Enjoy the jewels of Chilean cuisine with this sampling.
Each course is accompanied by a wine that enhances the rich flavors of South America.

JUNE 9. WEDNESDAY*: Demonstration Cooking Class (7:30 pm-9:30 pm) Campfire Cuisine
This 3 hour class allows the participants to prepare and cook over an open campfire.
Learn a few simple and delicious tricks to preparing a flavorful meal in rustic surroundings.

June 13. SUNDAY: Footloose Ribs & Shrimp Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)

JUNE 20. SUNDAY: Father’s Day Brunch (9 am - 2 pm) and Evening Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)
Bring Dad to a hearty breakfast with a select buffet of treats.
Show your appreciation for Dad with a five course evening feast.

JUNE 25. FRIDAY: Themed Evening – Strawberry Celebration (starts at 6 pm)
Tantalize your taste buds with a 6 course dinner showcasing that versatile summer player, the strawberry.

JULY 11. SUNDAY: Footloose Ribs and Shrimp Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)

JULY 23. FRIDAY: Tonight Theme – Cowboy’s Chuck (starts at 6 pm)
Let’s celebrate with a six course tribute to those ranchers and cowboys who brought cattle to
the prairies. Raymond will be on hand to tell the story of barbed wire.

AUGUST 15. SUNDAY: Footloose Ribs & Shrimp Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)

AUGUST 27. FRIDAY: Themed Evening - Italia Rediscovered (starts at 6 pm)
Explore the culinary delights of Italy – off the beaten track in six courses.

AUGUST 29. SUNDAY: Country Market – Arts, Crafts and Rustiques. (all day)
Join the fun of an old fashioned country fair complete with street food, conversation and treasure hunting.

SEPTEMBER 12. SUNDAY: Footloose Ribs & Shrimp Dinner (5 pm - 8 pm)

SEPTEMBER 24. FRIDAY: Theme Night- South Seas (starts at 6 pm)
Come and be swept away by chef’s South Seas menu, inspired by the rich flavors of the Pacific Islands.

SEPTEMBER 29. WEDNESDAY*: Demonstration Cooking Class (7:30 pm–9:30 pm)
Sauce it up !
Learn to turn every dish from the ordinary to the sublime with our chef’s secrets to fabulous sauces.

OCTOBER 16. SATURDAY*: Demonstration Cooking Class (7:30 pm–9:30 pm)
Savour some heart-warming soups and a tasty pan bread that our chef will prepare for you.

OCTOBER 29. FRIDAY: Theme Night - Old World Table (starts at 6 pm)
Laden with tradition and elegance, October’s Old World menu is sure to charm even the most discriminating gourmand. Five courses.
