Food and Wine Tour (starts at 6 pm)
Enjoy the jewels of Chilean cuisine with this sampling.
Each course is accompanied by a wine that enhances the rich flavors of South
America.
JUNE 9. WEDNESDAY*: Demonstration Cooking Class
(7:30 pm-9:30 pm) Campfire Cuisine
This 3 hour class allows the participants to prepare and cook over an open
campfire.
Learn a few simple and delicious tricks to preparing a flavorful meal in rustic
surroundings.
